You’ll recognise the classics: hay-smoked chicken, leg of lamb, comforting desserts with a gentle nod to our Singaporean roots. No dramatic reinvention, just the right touches in the right places.

 

But don’t let our restraint fool you. Every dish is prepared with care, intention, and a practiced hand.

 

Our menu stays focused, seasonal, and quietly indulgent. Our winelist is curated for conversation, and designed to make that second glass an easy yes.

For those who prefer to bring their own, we have a little ritual we call Blind Eye Tuesdays. On selected Tuesday evenings, enjoy waived corkage (one 750ml bottle for every two guests), and the pleasure of sharing something familiar over something new.
